APPOINTMENTS:
To schedule an appointment at one of our Eyes First Vision Center locations, please call 866-EYESFIRST (393-7347) or the phone number of the location nearest you (found on the Locations page). You may also use our our online appointment request form by clicking here: Request an Appointment.

If at any time you are unable to keep your appointment, please notify us at least 24 to 48 business hours in advance. We will be glad to reschedule your appointment at a more favorable time. We greatly appreciate your time and consideration and look forward to seeing you.
